The staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel security is good, as we used the room key access in the elevator. The room is comfortable.

The taste of the food is ordinary.

The room had good sunlight. Decent food at good price.

The hotel is very clean with friendly staff. The breakfast is better than average for Indonesian hotel, in my opinion. I would stay here again for the same price.

WiFi was very slow. Some of the breakfast food was not the MOST delicious, but it was better than average for Indonesia I would say.

the false advertisement which in reality I have to pay 175.000 for EV charging, even though I only needed a few.the worst fitness center.the room is dirty.

Great choice for breakfast and helpfull staff. Pool refreshing and prices in the restaurant reasonable.

The rooms with a pool view are facing a mosque that is neighbouring the hotel so I felt like sleeping in a mosque itself when I got woken up by a very load morning prayer very early (I would still call it a night). Ear plugs didn't help, the misque apparently has a very good sound system and the windows of the hotel are not too sound-proof. But I mean, this is a problem very frequently in Indonesia.

Hem for the quality and detail i think to expensive compared to other nice hotel although probs a good choice in Sukabumi. The bathroom floor takes a long time to dry due to the sloping of the floor. And also no place to hang the towel (usually the longer one for more than one towel, such is also good to make towel dry).

The rooms and bathrooms were clean enough for us.Breakfast was good, particularly 'manisan buah' (preserved local fruits) cermai - a rare fruit to find nowadays!

None, things were fine.Suggestion: Highlighting more local dishes including fresh-snacks (kue basah) and oleh-oleh specific to Sukabumi

Good location and great breakfast

The bathroom, the silicon on all the shower floor all yellow. If you use chemical bleach, leave it for like 5min and scrubs it, it will looks way better.

Menu sarapan kurang variatif, rasa kopi kurang enak (terlalu encer).
